Hoshedar

AKA Ace Ventura, Animal Person, Imaginative, Self-proclaimed funny person, Ambivert

Hoshedar is a Content Creator and Editor at Qrious Creative. Apart from laughing at his jokes, he specialises in cinematography, photography and documentary Filmmaking. He was the cinematographer for 'Rabari: People of the Leopard'. Hoshedar also worked as an assistant cinematographer for 'Love at Fifth Floor', a five-part mini-series. Rucha

Creative Director

AKA Professional Chaos Coordinator

A Cannes featured filmmaker, and ex Head of Content at HealthifyMe, Rucha is a Creative Director, filmmaker, and stop-motion specialist with over 12 years of experience turning wild ideas into award-winning work. Equal parts visual storyteller and professional chaos coordinator, she’s built production dream teams from scratch, navigated high-stakes campaigns, and emerged (mostly) sane from the ever-evolving media circus.

She’s currently channeling her energy into crafting impactful stories with heart, humor, and handcrafted charm—and secretly working on a children’s book to teach future generations about corporate deadlines and existential dread (someone has to).

Supriyo

Design Head

Cat Dad, Biryani Boss

Supriyo is a motion graphics artist for whom photography is love. Mograph is life. From capturing a moment to retouching it or creating designs to animating them; he loves  to experiment with colors and styles. He is also obsessed with movies & food. PS: He can beat anyone at biryani.

Ali

Lead, Content Production

AKA Ali Baba (without the 40 chor)

Aliasger Dhariwala is a visual storyteller who likes his stories crisp, cinematic, and occasionally shot on film just because it feels right. Splitting his time between cinematography and photography, he loves turning cultures, traditions, and tiny everyday nuances into striking images of a very contemporary India. From 35mm and medium format film to all things digital, Ali’s played across formats—and yes, he’s also a trained documentary and corporate filmmaker who knows when to keep it real and when to keep it slick.

Nikhil

Content Producer

AKA Moshi Moshi - Daft Punk Lover, Video Fiend, Mimicry Artist

Nikhil’s love for butter might be what makes him butterfingered. He is easily infected and inspired by anything that exudes the passion of filmmaking and storytelling. For him, happiness comes from being on foot, floating in a body of water, or pushing himself into daunting experiences—whether it’s a cliff jump or trying the next non-vegetarian dish from a friend’s plate.

Allan

Intern

Butter naan butter chicken connoisseur

Allan values interaction and enjoys a conversation, not the robotic kind. His sense of humor takes time to get used too. This guy loves the chaotic structure of a film set. He started working when all his friends were still in school and now decided to get a degree.

Deepthi

Intern

Beach enthusiast, Internal monologue 24/7, lactose=nope

You know how they say mallus (She wrote this herself!) are everywhere, now we have Deepthi in the house! She best expresses her thoughts through writing. You’ll most likely find her at her desk zoning out, trying to figure the next line of the blog (she promised she’d finish it that day). She flexes on how Vizag has a beach whenever she finds the chance. Mostly quiet but once you bring up anything within her niche interests (IT’S CS LEWIS), she might yap. If not writing, she’s probably listening to her good old playlist or trying to commit to one of the five new hobbies she picked up. Love love loves ice-cream despite being lactose intolerant, cause why not ;)

Kanisha

Visual Designer

Dosa Devotee | Tennis Enthusiast | Rock & Roll Junkie

As a Bangalorean, Kanisha gets quite cranky without her fair share of dosas a week. When she's not lost in layers and artboards, you'll find her swimming, playing tennis or in her bed rewatching old TV shows. She loves all things branding, so much that color palettes keep her up at night and typefaces turn into characters in her dreams. She finds a passion in combining art and music in any way she can, and is constantly experimenting with new ways of doing so in her work.

Chahak

Intern

Frames, Flavours & Fine Details

Running on curiosity and a love for everything spicy, Chahak is an editor and filmmaker who loves trying everything creatively. From editing to filmmaking, she experiments freely, learns by doing, and believes bold, imperfect ideas make the best stories.

Parth

Intern

AKA Timeline Tamer, Story Stitcher

A calm, easygoing person who enjoys learning new things and meeting creative people.

Outside work, you’ll find Parth exploring new places or spending time with dogs.

As an editor, he turns raw footage into stories people actually watch. When he’s not editing, he’s probably replaying the same clip 20 times chasing the perfect transition. He’s passionate about storytelling, pacing, and delivering content that keep audiences hooked.

Advaya

Junior Content Producer

‘Why’ master, ‘Passive’ Active listener

Advaya is an editor and filmmaker, and a junior content producer at Qrious. His interest in film comes in the form of editing and sound but that doesn’t mean we don't take him on set. He loves taking photographs but don't ask him whether he has gotten to editing them. Picking up hobbies is his hobby, other than being deeply fascinated by technology. If you don't find him at his workstation, you might find him at a nearby chai tapri or strolling in a park.

Harshitaa

Intern

Loud in Thought, Quiet in Focus

Big on details and mildly allergic to imperfection— that’s who Harshitaa is. As an illustrator and editor, she loves clean compositions and sharp edits. She notices little things, strive for precision, and bring a perfectionist’s eye (with personality) to every project.

Khushi

Intern

Chaos coordinator, Deadline devotee, Professional plate-spinner

Khushi is sarcastic when comfortable. You'll find her juggling college assignments, internship tasks, and research papers like it's some extreme sport; because apparently, doing one thing at a time is too mainstream. She’s mastered the art of attending morning lectures while mentally editing yesterday's project, and planning tomorrow's research. Her calendar looks like a game of Tetris, but somehow everything gets delivered on time. She thrives in structured chaos and believes that she works best under pressure. When she’s not frantically switching between tabs, she’s convincing herself that this time she’ll finally start assignments early. Spoiler: she won't.
